In the summer of 2012, Vancrest Construction started and completed a $1.7M remodel of 50 residential dormitory apartments at Regal Trojan. Construction was completed within a 10-week schedule. Services performed include:
Installation of new windows
Demolition and remodel of fifty kitchens
All new finishes throughout
Deck coatings
