Vancrest Construction is a preferred general contractor that contracts on capital and housing projects at USC. We are often chosen because of our competitive pricing and our ability to comlete projects on time and on projects that require special attention to detail and finishes. Various tenant improvement projects have been completed under very demanding schedules during summer break, including six projects completed in 2012 on time and on budget:

  • Orchestra Rehearsal Hall: Phase I and II remodel and acoustic designs

  • Regal Trojan: Housing remodel and retrofit

  • TRO Housing: Remodel and plaza

  • Waite Phiillys Hall: Tenant improvement of offices

  • Max Kade Institute: Restoration project

  • Student Union: Remodel of the second floor

  • Harris Hall Project: New office space & commercial kitchen, exterior courtyard, new rest rooms, new art gallery

  • Lyons Recreation Center Remodel: Upper floor remodel, new lower floor gymnasium

  • EVK Cafeteria Kitchen Remodel: New mechanical and electrical / lighting systems, tenant improvements including specialty finishes

  • Booth Hall Auditorium: New mechanical and lighting, sound attenuation to walls / doors, tenant improvements including restrooms

  • Hancock Hall - Exterior restoration

  • Annenburg House: Exterior restoration

  • Popovich & Lewis Hall, Kapriellian Hall, Fluor Tower: Painting and Waterproofing
