Renovation of Our Lady of Guadalupe Church and School: Vancrest Construction transformed the existing Our Lady of Guadalupe Church into a beautifully restored place of worship. Services included: Restoration of clerestory including addition of skylights and electrically operated windows

Two Story Addition of Our Lady of Guadalupe Rectory:
Vancrest Construction also built an upper-level addition and renovation transforming the older singlestory residence into a contemporary two-story friary overlooking the Hermosa Beach shoreline.
