Culver City, California
This concrete building required expert repair of concrete walls and elements badly deteriorating at spalls due to rusting rebar. The before, during, and after photos shown below highlight some of the work Vancrest accomplished to preserve the roof, walls, decks, and stairs of this landmark structure.
One improvement was preparing and infilling second floor unused planters which were leaking and causing water damage in the walls and floor below. Also, the second floor decks and crypts were leaking and required expert waterproofing details including new expansion joints.
